About The Therapist
Elisa Orme is a licensed clinical social worker who offers personalized, evidence-based therapy for adults. She uses a variety of approaches—like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)—to help clients reach their goals.
Elisa brings warmth, compassion, and genuine care to each session. She believes that a trusting and supportive relationship between therapist and client is key to meaningful change. She works with adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, identity or self-esteem issues, and healing from trauma.

Education
Elisa holds MSW from the University of New England and a BA from Bates College.

A licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Maine and Texas, Elisa has been in practice for 12 years.
